Foreign Exchange Students
Assalamu'alaikum.
Today-- I mean, yesterday (I'm typing this past midnight already), my school had a marathon. Oh my gosh, it was so tiring but I did well for getting the 23rd place and able to give some points for my rumah sukan~ Ohohoho~
I was running while listening to musics. Some upbeat songs helped along the way = v =)y Thank you, MP3-san. You've served well. Your master is satisfied.
Btw, my school got a new transfer student today. A foreign student. From Iceland, is what I heard from the other students. I don't know how long will he stay here though. And, lucky you, 4 Science bastards!! You have a foreign student in your class! Dammit! QAQ But, oh well, why should I mind? It's not a Japanese student which I was looking for :P Our school did receive a transfer student from Japan once when I was in Form 2. She stayed here for 2 years but unfortunately I didn't know she was from Japan because she got blended in with the other Malaysians so easily that sometimes she got mistaken as Chinese. Ah, poor you~ If only I'd realize you were there...I would only bring anime stuff in to conversations tho uvu) .
Okay, so, about the Iceland student.. I was pretty much fangirling around when I heard about the transfer of a foreign student BUT!-- I got irritated over some students who didn't show any good attitudes toward him. The girls was all gedik - gedik asking him questions non-stop and some boys shouted (whistling or that sort of stupid stuff) when they see some girls asking the student questions. Oh my gosh, and it was right in an assembly!(?) Of course it had been a huge uproar!.. The student was in the center of attention! I can see how annoyed the student gets when others keep asking him questions. It was written all over his face. The girls were all jumping and screaming when the student answered their questions. And I don't get it why the boys couldn't keep their mouth shut at all!
Dude! Malaysians! Hi-Tech students! Show some respect, can't ya?! Where's your manners?! Especially Muslims! What happened to your head?! Did you lose some screws?! What? You guys never talked to foreign people before?
Urghh..! Put aside anger, I've got no intention to interview the student anymore. I don't know how he sees Malaysians right now and I don't want him to be like 'Oh must be the same questions again?' when I approach him. I'm not jealous or such, I've gotten used to talk with foreigners as I always go to anime fan-meetings a lot of times before (u know, like CF, JC, and more). Talking random stuff about anime, showing them directions and the likes, I kinda understand them now. But this is a rare case. A foreign student studying at the same school.
Rather than saying I'm jealous about not getting the chance to talk him, I am more jealous he's getting all the attentions at my school. As a student in the top class, we usually get the most attentions, you see. But, now? *deep sigh* I don't understand this...
Whatever~ I don't want to meddle in with this stuff anymore as it will only put 4 Science class students on a more higher rank than us 5 Science class students which is the seniors among the others. My aim this year is to be myself and reach for the highest. Having such stuff like some sort of foreign guy in the middle of the school is not my problem and I don't want such a simple thing to be able to put me in a deep regret after I graduate soon.
--- This must be a part of Allah's test for me. I'll make sure I'm not a failure myself, Insyaallah!
