Hey, it's Rin!
A 21-years-old university student majoring in Journalism at UiTM Shah Alam. Creating stories and reading are my hobbies. I love the peaceful Japanese culture and I hate people who unreasonably put things in categories. Enjoying life by learning a lot of different kinds of new things is a way for me to make a change of my frail self.

Upcoming University Life

Assalamu'alaikum

I wonder how long has it been since the last time I updated my blog? I promised my friends to tell some stories for the last two months in here but I just couldn't get things done. Sorry, girls! I'll summarize everything in here, okay? x'D

I was in a long-term hiatus because I was busy preparing for my upcoming university debut life---
Oh, wait! I forgot to mention this. I'll be studying at UiTM Lendu, Melaka starting next month! Alhamdulillah, everything went well during the interview (even though I was 'intensifyingly' nervous) and I'll be majoring in Mass Communication (Google is available anytime for you to ask about this course).

I didn't expect for me to end up with this kind of course. I was planning to take Arts & Design at first (well, anything related to arts is fine for me) but then, I realized I don't have that much talent for this course so, I switched my option to Komunikasi Media Baharu & Keusahawanan Kandungan. My father recommended this for me since I love arts and he thinks that I love reading (truth be told, yes, I do love reading. But, back during school days, I only read for exams. I barely read any other books except manga). If I'm not mistaken, this course is the new version of Mass Communication in UiTM but what differs it from the 'old' MassCom is that it involves business in its studies. A little bit of talent or basic knowledge in animation or graphic designing is needed to study in this course. This course is still new but there are a lot of jobs waiting for you out there once you finish this course since it covers various kind of aspects in its studies (Ex: animation, graphic designing, mass communication, business, etc.. Lol, I think you can even start your own business and manage everything by yourself if you got what it really needs :0)

After I received my SPM result, my father suggested me to take Mass Communication (yes, the 'old' one). I think this recommendation was made due to the fact that I was the only one who receives 1A for the GCE-O level or whatever you called that and the only one to obtain A+ in English among the other students in my school ( Alhamdulillah! Alhamdulillah! I WON OVER MY RIVALS! I couldn't have succeeded without Allah's help. Alhamdulillah 7; - ;)7 )

----- *Postponed for 23 hours due to an emergency Q 3 Q* -----

I really couldn't go against my parents once they have made their decision. They really know what's perfect for me (arigatou, okaa-san, otoo-san.. daisuki yo ; - ;). In other words, they know me more than myself! Ahaha, that sounds quite pitiful somehow T v T. My father, who is a lecturer, knows a lot (and I mean A LOT) about these higher educational courses (UiTM's especially). I guess that's why he knows what course suits me the most. You know, he even prepared me a script for the interview and surprisingly, everything went smooth-sailing and I passed! I can't be more grateful for that x'D

And now, here I am~ Still busy listing out stuffs I need to bring to the dorm. Yes, I'll be living in a dorm, guys. Wish me luck! >_<

Recently, I heard that this course requires a camera for each student (preferably, DSLR). I thought I have prevented myself from the thought of having to take care of this expensive stuff by choosing this course but, my expectation goes downhill, it seems. Well, I guess that goes without saying because MassComm is involved with journalism. I love photography but I prefer not to have to take care of things that have the possibilities of being stolen. I don't really like the idea of having too much responsibilities to hold on when living in a dorm. Laptop and cell phone are an exception, of course.

My father bought me the pen tablet Intuos Pen (Yes, THE INTUOS) recently and I can't be more thankful than that! I finally have my own pen tablet! Yes, finally.. after having to go through much troubles of enduring the urge to borrow my little sister/my brother's Wacom Bamboo.. I finally.. ; v ;)9 *slaps*

My parents are planning to depart on this May 29th because we will be going to Batu Pahat, Johor first to visit my grandfather there. And then back to Melaka on June 1st and we will be staying at my uncle's house there, which is just a few kilometres away from the campus (I'll have to leave my laptop at his house until the orientation week ends because there are a lot of cases where freshmen's stuff got stolen during the first week in the dorm). The freshmen registration starts on June 2nd.

For your information, all UiTM MassComm students will be moving to the other campus at Negeri Sembilan next year because UiTM is planning to 'categorize' each campuses for one course. In other words, I'll stay at the campus at Lendu, Melaka temporarily before moving to my permanent one at Rembau, Negeri Sembilan. This is a good news for me because it will be easier for me to go to Comic Fiesta from then on. The destination will be shortened! Alhamdulillahhh 7; v ;)7 All I'm going to need is just a few friends that can join me!

And, the other thing is, it's gonna be a new and fresh campus!! Hahahaha, yes! I don't have to endure the urge to clean anymore! Yesss! (Fyi, I have this kind of weird habit where I want to clean anything dirty. I guess this habit started since I have to share my bathroom with my brother. I started to hate dirty places since then). But, still, I hope there's gonna be bunk beds because I love using the top bunk for privacy cases. I have this weird talent where I can change my clothes & wear make up under the blanket so, that's why I prefer the top bunk because I don't want my roommate to leave a weird impression on me by doing so. Hahaha, yes, I'm sure you think I'm weird but, I DON'T CARE HUAHAHAHA! I just want to prevent myself from going into the crowded toilet and arrive late to class. That's all. It's not a habit, guys. Don't worry~

Okay, 'till here, I guess. Breakfast is waiting for me~ Assalamu'alaikum and buhbye!
